Sales Agreement

Client:
Digital Whiz Co.

Salesperson:
Engagement

The Company hereby engages the Salesperson as an independent contractor to solicit and secure realtors for the Company’s services, including but not limited to listing properties online and managing accounts.

2. Commission Structure

The Salesperson shall receive the following commissions:

  • Realtor Referral: $300 for each realtor referred to the Company that successfully partners with the Company.
  • Listing Management: $200 for each property listing that the Salesperson manages, involving the collection of photos, property descriptions, and ensuring realtor satisfaction.

3. Payment Terms

Commissions will be paid to the Salesperson within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 30 days] after the realtor has signed the agreement and the listing is sold on the Company’s platform.

4. Relationship of Parties

The Salesperson acknowledges that this Agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture. The Salesperson is an independent contractor and is not entitled to any employee benefits.

5. Confidentiality

The Salesperson agrees not to disclose or use any confidential information belonging to the Company for any purpose other than fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement.

6. Termination
